COVID-19 RETURN POLICY
-Items purchased between March 1, 2020 - March 18, 2020 are eligible for return within 14 days of re-opening. Exchange or Store Credit Only! Merchadise must be in original condition with tags attached.
-Store Credits that expired between March 1, 2020 - June 30, 2020 will be eligible for a 30 day extension from re-opening date.
-Camp order items that have been labeled or embroidered are FINAL SALE and not eligible for returns.
-Camp order items that have NOT been labeled or embroidered are eligible for return by June 30th, 2020. Exchange or Store Credit Only.
-Facetime Appointment Orders may be returned via curbside OR mail-in within 14 days of receipt

All returns will be kept off the floor for 24 hours to ensure safety

Order Issues

Any items that are damaged upon receipt or incorrectly shipped must be reported to Customer Service within 72 hours or a return might not be approved. You can report all issues by email to: shop@lesters.com
Please include your order # in the subject line.
